Position Overview & Highlights
Hired as an in-house graphic designer for visual communication on internal Marketing team in December of 2023. Quickly took on accessory roles as website manager for company websites and product-specific landing pages, project manager for the editing, review, and approval of collateral materials, and contact for external product development teams.
Spearheaded brand guidelines refresh including color palette and typography updates, photo usage, and design asset library builds in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
Use of Monday.com to manage marketing campaign initiatives as they pertained to website elements and visual communication, Ziflow for edits and approvals, and WordPress for website updates.

Below is the brand guidelines that were currently in place when I arrived. The CEO did not like the green and complained about the lack of medical professionals featured in the materials. He also did not like the use of “cartoons” by which he was referring to vector images. However, he was open to incorporating more iconography so long as it is used sparingly.
